As the Pharmacy Technician Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high‑quality medicines management for inpatient services while driving Trust‑wide excellence in pharmacy technician education, training and professional development. This senior post blends operational leadership, clinical impact, and strategic workforce development — offering a unique platform for an ambitious, forward‑thinking technician to influence practice at scale.
You will lead a motivated technical workforce, oversee medicines supply and governance processes, support MDTs to optimise patient care, and act as the Educational Programme Director for Pre‑Registration Trainee Pharmacy Technicians. Your leadership will directly enhance patient safety, improve staff experience, and strengthen the Trust’s medicines optimisation agenda.
