The Clinical Director will also be responsible for providing leadership as the Chair for one of the five Communities of Practice (CoP). The Clinical Director will be instrumental in leading the specific Community of Practice and work in collaboration with chairs of the other communities of practice for integrated working.
The CD will provide clinical leadership in building a culture of continuous improvement of services embedding quality improvement in the Directorate and this will be through one dedicated weekly session for the doing well together programme with the Improvement Team.

The Community of Practice is a community of clinicians and managers with the knowledge and skills in a specialist area who can lead on best practice and can ensure we retain the specialism of our services at KMPT.
Interviews are planned to take place virtually via Teams on 21st and 25th July 2025
