An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as an Apprenticeships Engagement and Senior Compliance Officer.
This is an exciting role for an experienced apprenticeship professional to support the delivery, promotion and growth of apprenticeship programmes across the Trust. Working with managers, colleagues and external education providers, you will help maximise the use of the Growth and Skills Levy, support staff development and promote apprenticeship opportunities for new and existing staff.
The post holder will facilitate apprenticeship delivery across the organisation and act as the Senior Responsible Person for Apprenticeship Compliance, providing oversight of ILR returns, DAS reporting, levy utilisation and compliance with apprenticeship funding requirements.
Main duties of the job
- Promote apprenticeship opportunities and support staff onto apprenticeship programmes.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver apprenticeship programmes that meet workforce needs.
- Maximise utilisation of the Growth and Skills Levy and identify new apprenticeship opportunities.
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, managers and training providers, providing advice and guidance on apprenticeships.
- Lead on apprenticeship compliance, including oversight of ILR returns, DAS reporting, levy utilisation reporting and associated documentation.
- Line manage the Compliance Officer and support apprenticeship reporting and performance monitoring.
- Organise and deliver apprenticeship engagement activities, including National Apprenticeship Week, information sessions and promotional events.
