The Workforce Information Team sits within our People Systems and Resourcing Team that comprises of e-rostering/medical rota, recruitment and temporary staffing. This role will be based onsite at Airedale General Hospital/Gateway House (Skipton) and will require the postholder to be on site for a minimum of 80% of the week.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve daily, weekly and monthly reporting to deadlines, picking up queries in relation to information, and working on updating HR Information systems. The information we work with is highly confidential, and is often reported at a National level, and therefore, excellent attention to detail, and an ability to identify issues with data quality is key to this role. Also essential are strong excel skills and a good understanding of information governance.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Alongside the Workforce Information Analyst this role will provide support to the Workforce Information Team which is a joint service with Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The role involves answering queries over the phone and via email from employees and line managers and assisting with ESR queries such as assisting with login queries and supporting managers with ESR. You will also be responsible for running routine and ad-hoc reports from ESR and manipulating the data in Excel so that it is presented in a easily understandable format.
