We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is keen to join our talented Workforce Information Team . You will be expected to ensure workforce information in ESR is of the highest quality by actioning and updating employee and assignment changes. Also responsible for the production of workforce information reports, emphasising analytics and data manipulation is a key skill to have experience with.

Support to managers on their use of Manager Self Service will be a key way to ensure high quality data. You will also be responsible for improving the efficiency of HR processes and ensuring standardised systems are implemented across the whole organisation and to provide training on systems and processes for staff new in post.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing high quality, accurate, timely and user friendly HR Information to internal and external customers and stakeholders (staff, managers, payroll, finance etc.).
  • To maintain good administrative processes to ensure workforce information and payroll data are processed accurately and to deadlines
  • Perform the process of producing regular reports to the Trust Board, Executive Team, Managers and HR staff, consulting over the content and format of these reports, investigating any unusual information requiring comment and ensuring that any necessary commentary, analysis or supplementary notes are provided
  • Produce statistical reports and questionnaire responses related to workforce issues required by external stakeholders (such as NHSI etc..) within the timescales set and to the standard required. Liaise with external bodies and internal contributors regarding the information.
