As part of the senior directorate team, you will provide proactive, data-driven workforce partnering that informs decisions and strengthens organisational capability.
You will use workforce intelligence and KPIs to target improvements, oversee recruitment and establishment pipelines to reduce vacancies and temporary staffing use, support fair and timely employee relations resolution, and advise leaders on the people aspects of service changes and new ways of working.
