Ward Clerk - Ward F9 Gastroenterology and Hepatology
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Ward Clerk to join our team on Ward F9, a 33-bedded Medical Gastroenterology and Hepatology ward at Frimley Park Hospital.
This is a key frontline role for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience working with the public.
You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the ward.
As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. These include managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges using EPIC, liaising closely with clinical teams to resolve queries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for ordering essential ward supplies via EPROC, as well as supporting data collection for audits and research when required.
