Join our friendly and ambitious Temporary Staffing Team and help shape the future of workforce delivery at Croydon Health Services.
As we transition from NHS Professionals to a fully managed in-house Staff Bank, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to support the recruitment, onboarding, deployment and engagement of temporary workers across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do
- Coordinate temporary staffing requests and shift bookings.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and compliance checks for bank workers.
- Provide advice and support to managers and temporary workers.
- Maintain workforce information across staffing systems.
- Support the growth of the Trust's in-house Staff Bank.
- Contribute to service improvement and workforce transformation initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A team player with a positive, flexible and customer-focused approach.
