An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager within our Crisis Services; the Team are based in Ripon currently but cover Harrogate and Ripon community.
The successful candidate will manage a team of dedicated staff to support their ongoing development, identifying training and development needs to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe care that is responsive to individual needs.
There is an expectation that the successful candidate will travel between the bases covering the service.

Main duties of the job
The Successful candidate will provide operational management of the team including accountability for ensuring the highest professional standards and attitudes towards the care of patients are maintained and delivered at all times in accordance with evidence-based practice.
The post holder will be responsible for the operational quality and ensure that the clinical crisis pathway is adhered to. Role and responsibilities include financial and budget management, HR procedures, Leadership of the team as well as contributing to the wider leadership within urgent care services.
