The successful applicant will provide full administrative support to our School Based Needs Team (SBN).

The School Based Needs team consists of Mental Health Practitioners.

The School Based Needs Team is a countywide service with bases across Surrey. We are looking for a Administrator who will be based at Theta, but may need to travel to other offices such as Aldershot Centre for Health to provide team support.

To support the development of our School Based Need Service in Surrey, we are looking to recruit a team Administrator to provide comprehensive, professional, and effective administrative support.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include: letter writing, booking of rooms, answering and directing phone calls and emails as well as minute taking. You will also be required to work on your own initiative, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of a developing team. Therefore, the ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential.

You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. As this is a rapidly growing service you will have opportunities to work alongside our growing administrative team to develop new systems and processes and be involved in developing new ways of providing information and support for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of building and growing a new and innovative service.
