An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Services (formerly ICT) department as a member of the System Access Services Team. The System Access Services team manage access requests to the clinical and non-clinical systems within the Trust on behalf of our 8500 users, across all departments and Trust sites.

Able to work under pressure, with excellent communication, time management and organisation skills. The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Trust values and be an effective team worker.

Qualifications
Essential
- To have been educated to GCSE A-C Level qualification or equivalent standard
- Evidence of computer systems training to a minimum of ECDL or equivalent with evidence of ongoing personal and management development
Desirable
- A-Level qualification in a related discipline
- Have undertaken the NHS CIS User Registration Service User Registration Course
Previous Experience
Essential
- A basic understanding of the standards that are applied to the protection of patient information
- A working knowledge of the National Registration Authority policies and procedures
- Experienced MS Office
- Email and Internet experience
- Maintenance of complex database records
- Evidence of working within a team
Desirable
- Good NHS experience within an informatics environment
- NHS CIS – UIM
