You will be a key point of contact for any operational issues within the Audiology Service linking closely with the Head of Service, the ENT/Audiology Service Delivery Manager, the Senior Audiology team and external organisations if applicable.

You will need to develop an understanding of the Audiology Service within the health board, their role/processes and the Audit Base system that stores all the data.
