
Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of Rota Manager based within the Medicine Care Group. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our small and friendly team.
The post holder will have strong IT skills, specifically in Excel and rota systems, and be able to work to deadlines to meet targets in a busy environment with competing demands. Attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to use their initiative and have excellent communication/interpersonal.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient rota management, development and support service for Resident Doctors across Medicine and the Consultant POD rota.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 22.5 hours per week
