In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our staffing operations, ensuring that commissioned care packages are safely and appropriately covered with trained team members. Working closely with nursing teams and the Continuing Care Team (CCT), you will support the placement of new staff and maintain clear oversight of staffing levels across the service.

This is a fixed term post to cover maternity leave. The contract length will be dependent on start date, up 12 months. If you are internal to Sirona, this would be offered as a secondment.

- Ensuring strong communication with families regarding shift coverage and resolving rota queries
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Supporting operational decision-making through proactive problem solving
