As a key member of the team, you will be at the heart of our People Services function, acting as a first point of contact for employees, managers, candidates and members of the public. Main duties of the job

  • Providing administrative support to Recruitment and HR teams

  • Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities
  • Assisting with correspondence, meetings and documentation
  • Managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
  • Delivering excellent customer service

You will have:

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
