We are seeking a Practice and Performance Manager to join our dedicated healthcare team at HMP Lincoln. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in a secure environment.

About the Role

As Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the integrated healthcare team, which includes primary care, mental health, GP services, dentistry, podiatry, and optometry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the healthcare administration team
  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations
  • Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports
  • Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
  • Presenting performance updates to senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders

This is a pivotal role that ensures our healthcare provision is efficient, responsive, and aligned with community standards.
