Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Therapy Team.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy support workers, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Manage caseloads, prioritizing urgent and complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and best practice standards.
- Support the training, development, and supervision of therapy staff and students.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvement projects.
