As our Nurse Consultant in the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service, you will be an expert autonomous practitioner, leading the strategic development of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service. Main duties of the job
As the Nurse Consultant in the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service, you will play a pivotal role in advancing specialist care across the Trust. You will act as an expert practitioner and professional resource for patients, carers, and multidisciplinary colleagues, championing evidence-based practice and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will use your advanced clinical expertise to develop and implement innovative cardiac pathways aligned with national guidance, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalised care.
