We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Medical Workforce Recruitment Lead to join our team. This role is for 37.5 hours per week and will Lead on recruitment for Specialty Doctors and Consultants, ensuring smooth onboarding and clearances to NHS standards. The post holder will also lead on hot spot areas where it is hard to recruit and give advice and guidance.
The post holder will also provide specialist advice and guidance on Terms and Conditions of Employment and Trust Policies and Procedures.

- PC Literacy including high standard of data inputting and Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel

- Knowledge of Medical HR Policies/Processes
Experience
Essential
- Previous experience of working within a Medical Staffing/Recruitment of HR role
- Experience of high volume administrative work
- Experience of using recruitment/payroll systems
- Proven track record of multi-tasking to meet a variety of often conflicting deadlines
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment process
Qualifications
Essential
- Qualified to Degree Level or equivalent level of experience
- English and Maths to GCSE level or equivalent level qualification
- CIPD Qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable
- • Recognised computing qualification or equivalent experience
