The Scottish Ambulance Service is seeking a motivated Information Governance Support Officer to join our national team.

The roleYou will manage Freedom of Information, Subject Access and health-record requests; prepare accurate, timely responses; and communicate with patients, colleagues and partner organisations. You will also support wider information governance work, including incidents, impact assessments, information-sharing arrangements, records management and reporting.

What you will bringYou will have a relevant degree or equivalent information governance experience, ideally in healthcare or a complex organisation.You must be able to interpret complex legal information, write clearly, manage competing statutory deadlines and handle confidential or emotive information with discretion.Strong communication, organisation, judgement and Microsoft 365 skills are essential.
