This is an exciting part-time opportunity to use your OD expertise, knowledge of the anti-racism, behavioural science and change methodologies to make a tangible difference to the experience of our people and the culture of our organisation.
Working alongside leaders, managers and teams across the Trust, you’ll design and deliver evidence-based interventions that strengthen inclusion, employee engagement, leadership capability and team performance. You’ll build trusted relationships, facilitate meaningful conversations and provide expert challenge and consultancy to support positive and lasting change.
We’re looking for someone with strong OD expertise and a genuine passion for anti-racism, inclusion and organisational culture. You’ll be confident facilitating complex conversations, influencing senior leaders and translating evidence and insight into practical action.
This is a part-time role (30 hours per week), based at our London House offices in Bracknell, with hybrid working available when you’re not working across Trust locations facilitating sessions. If you’re looking for a role where you can use your expertise to influence meaningful, sustainable change and improve the experience of our people, we’d love to hear from you.

- Facilitate strategic conversations, workshops and team development sessions, including potentially challenging conversations around race, inclusion and culture.
- Provide coaching, advice and support to managers and leaders to strengthen inclusive leadership and people management.
- Work with staff networks and colleagues to translate lived experience and workforce insight into meaningful organisational and leadership development.
- Evaluate interventions using qualitative and quantitative data, providing insight and recommendations to demonstrate impact and inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and respond to organisational and team risks, including those that may affect staff experience and the safety and quality of patient care.
- Build strong partnerships across the Trust and contribute to a culture where people feel valued, respected, included and able to thrive.
- Share expertise and support the development of OD and inclusive leadership capability across the organisation.
