As an HR Manager you will lead and support a team of HR professionals to deliver a professional, proactive and comprehensive range of HR services across the organisation. You will support the team to provide advice and guidance on a full range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy and procedures, organisational change, workforce planning and will be skilled in managing several priorities and contributing to several projects at once.
The role requires extensive knowledge of employment legislation, clear thinking and the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills, supported by good oral, written and presentation skills are also essential, as is knowledge of the Once for Scotland suite of workforce policies and Agenda for Change terms and conditions of employment.
Applicants should hold a post graduate qualification at Masters level or a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification at level 7 or equivalent experience. Post qualification experience in a senior HR advisor or HR Management role alongside excellent IT skills and the ability to travel to our sites is essential.
A hybrid working pattern is available.
