We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planner and Administrator to play a vital role in the success of this new countywide service.
Working at the heart of the operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient visits, managing service capacity and demand, and ensuring resources are deployed effectively to meet the needs of the people we support.
