Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking nurse leader who brings strong negotiating and influencing skills, alongside the ability to thrive within a large, complex organisation. The successful candidate will support and lead the delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient flow and discharge processes across LTHT.

· Discharge Lead Nurse
· Oversight of the Discharge Lounge Facility
