We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Family Nurse who is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting young families to achieve positive, lasting change. The post is funded until December 2027, with full-time or part-time working options considered.

You will be supported through reflective supervision, ongoing professional development and a strong focus on FNP programme fidelity, enabling you to develop your clinical and therapeutic skills while making a meaningful difference to families.
