Main duties of the job

Coordinate patient flow within the team , and multidisciplinary teamwork. Conduct rapid assessments of deteriorating patients and escalate care appropriately. Champion safety, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies. Manage complex situations and clinical incidents, ensuring robust documentation. Role-model exceptional, compassionate care and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Optimise resource allocation and support the Team Lead and Associate Director of Nursing for People with Mental Health Needs in daily operational delivery.
