JOB SUMMARY

encompass is a HSC NI wide transformation Programme which enables a single digital care record for every citizen in Northern Ireland who receives health and social care. encompass aims to provide a digitally enabled whole system approach for patients and service users with the safest, highest quality, informed care.

The post holder will support the OD Team in providing efficient user and learning management system administration for all encompass related learning activities and administration support to the wider OD team.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration and daily operation of the encompass support mailbox to assist in the coordination and delivery of OD Team processes and efficient support for encompass training queries and issues for our entire Southern Trust workforce.

Collection and administration of new start / transfers & amendments / leavers data and training requirements for creation and updates of learning management system accounts for encompass training.

As part of the OD Admin Team, the post holder will be responsible for the efficient and punctual handling of telephone, virtual and face-to-face enquiries from all personnel, including managers and professional leads, investigating and resolving encompass training related issues.

Escalation of more complex/specialist enquiries to the appropriate OD contact.

Assist with maintaining, cleansing, updating and uploading of data held for management of encompass training records and user profile information to the Learning Management System.

Develop good working relationships with other teams and internal stakeholders for the efficient provision of an encompass Learning & Development support service for our entire Southern Trust workforce.

The post holder will be required to

Helping to reduce paper waste by minimising printing/copying and reducing water usage, reporting faults and heating/cooling concerns promptly and minimising travel.
