Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join Localas Solutions division as an Employment Navigator as part of the Health and Growth Accelerator Programme Pilot wellness to work
The role would suit an experienced employment coach/adviser who has experience of working with individuals remove barriers, build skills and support them to move back into employment.
We are seeking an experienced employment navigator with a track record of successfully supporting individuals back into employment. This post provides a huge opportunity for the pilot project team to operate an employment project within Kirklees for residents aged 18-64 years, demonstrating the success of health and employment support that leads to positive outcomes for service users. The post holder must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the project.The post holder will be expected to be able to travel independently across Kirklees.
