An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, experienced and motivated administrator to join The Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as our Dudley Integrated Liver Service (DILS) Coordinator.

Dudley Integrated Liver Service, DILS, was launched in late 2021 strengthening our well established Gastroenterology Team, working alongside our dedicated Gastroenterology Consultants, Specialist Nurses and administrative team.

Main duties of the job

The DILS Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Alcohol Care and Hepatology Nursing teams with the day to day running of the service. This will encompass providing administrative support within the teams, monitoring helpline, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting with audits internal and external, outpatient clinic management, data collection and maintenance and other tasks that are required as per the role.
