Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting older people to live with dignity, choice and independence? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team.
Working closely with the Care Home Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership, support and supervise staff, contribute to workforce planning and quality improvement, and help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and effective care. You will deputise for the Care Home Manager in their absence and play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional who enjoys leading teams, supporting staff development and making a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.
