An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Health Systems Lead to support the development and delivery of creative health across North Central London. The role will provide strategic leadership to embed arts, culture and community-based approaches into health and care systems, improving population health outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the development of a system-wide creative health model • Build partnerships across NHS, local authorities and the cultural sector • Expand creative health within social prescribing and clinical pathways • Develop referral pathways between hospital and community services • Use data and evidence to demonstrate impact and outcomes • Identify funding opportunities and support sustainability • Lead governance groups and programme delivery

- Knowledge of creative health research, policy or practice
- Understanding of health inequalities and determinants of health
- Knowledge and experience of co-production with a range of stakeholders
Desirable
- Relevant degree or similar qualification (public health, creative health) or equivalent professional /complex project management experience
- Knowledge and experience of using data both quantitative and qualitative
