Community Liaison Lead Hours: 37.5 Salary: AfC Band 6 £39,959 per annum, with progression to £48,117 per annum Location: South Staffordshire - which covers Cannock, Stafford, Burton & Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Lichfield and Burntwood and Seisdon. You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least two years of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care.
