We're looking for an enthusiastic communications and engagement assistant to join the Communications and Engagement Team until 31 March 2027.
This is a key role supporting the team to communicate, engage, and connect with our people, our partners, and the wider health and care system.
You will have strong admin skills and will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience in social media, website and administration.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
- As a communications and engagement assistant you will provide administration support as part of the Communications and Engagement Team.
- You'll support the maintenance of HEIW’s website, intranet and social media platforms and support the management of HEIW’s branded materials and event administration.
- You will also maintain the HEIW stakeholder management system.
