We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader working at the Craven Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), covering a large geographical area.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide leadership, managerial and supervisory responsibility to a group of practitioners working as a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, OT’s and Psychological Therapists. providing assessments and interventions within adult community mental health services.

The numbers of staff supervised will determine how the workload is managed between active clinical work and management responsibilities. The post holder will assist the clinical manager and work alongside the other team managers in continually developing the service and ensuring the delivery of an Community Mental Health Team

Partnerships will include GPs, other mental health services, learning disability services, social care, physical health services, consultation to professionals in the primary care services and other adult mental health services including the voluntary sector.
