We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Administrator to support our clinical community teams within the Adult Community Services in Norwich. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams, service users and their families.

This role requires regular on-site presence at our designated base location to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Main duties of the job

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience in data entry and interpretation with an awareness of key performance indicators. Attention to detail and daily use of Excel and other MS packages will also be expected of the successful candidate.

In addition to the above you will demonstrate team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience. The role will also include call handling and face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with experience of and a dedication to confidentiality.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided. Experience of Microsoft packages is ideal in the successful candidate.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Previous administration experience is essential including use of ICT applications and packages, particularly Excel.

  • Please note this is a permanent position
  • Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday
  • The position is based at the Peddars Centre at Hellesdon Hospital where on-site parking is available
  • Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential

The Trust will not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship, so any successfully appointed candidate will need to maintain their own independent right to work for the duration of their role.
