We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong written English, including spelling and grammar
- Is committed to delivering high-quality work
- Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Is confident using IT systems and thrives in a busy environment

Experience with NHS systems or in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, bring positive energy, and want to be part of a team that’s making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. This is more than just an admin role—it’s a chance to develop your skills, support your community, and be part of something meaningful.
This role is entirely office based.
Main duties of the job

You’ll carry out a variety of administrative tasks to keep things organised and efficient. You’ll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to support clinicians and improve patient experience. You will have lots of patient contact on the telephone and must be able to deal sympathetically with patients and relatives. You should have the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. Please refer to the job description attached for further details.
This role will keep you both challenged and busy as you work closely with colleagues to support the clinical teams.
