CARE NAVIGATOR- Armadale Medical is an NHS Highland GP Practice situated in beautiful North Highlands. We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Navigator to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

The post is not suitable for applicants requiring a visa or sponsorship.

You will be instrumental to ensuring our patients receive the right care from the right professional at the right time. To be successful in this role you will have good interpersonal and IT skills. You will be methodical with excellent attention to detail and you will be a team player. You will provide a comprehensive reception service to our patients and have a wide range of administrative duties. This is a busy role, within a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment.
