An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Musculoskeletal Service for Shropshire and Telford (MSST) for a professional leader to join our Admin team as a Business Support Manager. The role supports our clinical services within Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. MSST delivers patient centred MSK care within hospital and community locations all over the county.
The successful candidate will manage and monitor a range of KPI's, lead a large admin based team, and will be instrumental in driving positive change. You will need to have a positive and friendly manner, excellent IT skills and experience within improvement projects.
Main duties of the job
- Ensure oversight of all service KPI's across the Referral Centre Team, Secretarial team and RTT team
- Manage and monitor RTT lists, waiting lists and urgent patient pathways
- Monitor harms processes and datix
- Lead on service improvement with a positive drive for change
- Be a first point of contact for partner organisations
- Drive experience improvement for service users
