An opportunity has arisen in our Apprenticeship Delivery Team to support with all aspects of administration relating to our apprenticeship courses.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Confidence to work on their own initiative,
- Work well as part of a busy team
- Have good general IT skills across a range of software programmes
- Be willing to learn and develop
Ideally you would be able to work flexibly within a 37.5 hour week and be able to travel to other sites, including non-Trust venues.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- General on programme support with enquiries, checking non-attendance, late submissions etc
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Supporting with events and marketing activities as and when required
- To support team meetings through agenda preparation, minutes taken and actions logged
- Progress review planning – tracking and booking of reviews to ensure compliance with funding rules
- To be involved with cohort planning to support increased numbers and start date availability in line with Talent for Care activity
- Diary and timetable management in line with cohort planning to ensure availability of staff, rooms and resources to include room bookings if required
- Support with management of the survey/learner voice process to ensure good completion results and to provide evaluation of services
- Supporting with tracking – to support an efficient and effective on-boarding process for taking enquiries through to active apprentices · Supporting preparation of monthly reporting for governance group
