Job overview

The purpose of this role is to support the Senior People & Culture Partner to provide comprehensive human resource (HR) support for a designated clinical /corporate Division with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment. The role will support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Senior People & Culture Partner you will be the Associate People & Culture Partner for the North Middlesex Health Unit. Your role will support 2 divisions across the North Middlesex Health Unit. As part of the role, you will play a key part in providing HR services of a high quality and that are client focused.

You will also work closely with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on a variety of projects, staff engagement, organisational design and consultation and policy and process harmonisation.
