Are you an experienced admin individual seeking a new role in mental health?
We are seeking an Administrator to work part time as part of the Community CAMHS Administration team to provide an effective, comprehensive and confidential administrative service which may include the following tasks.
This is a varied admin role in a fast paced team, where you will work flexibly to support a wide range of professionals in CAMHS as well as being a first point of contact for the public and patients.
Main duties of the job
- Provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to patients and visitors.
- Accurately type and distribute letters and other documents as required.
- Provide admin and secretarial support to team members and for meetings - including minute/note taking.
- Respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way.
- Update patient records as required and ensure that the Trust’s databases are up to date and all clinical data is entered appropriately

- Excellent computer skills with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Teams

- Experience of working in an office environment, including telephone contact with both clients and professionals
- Previous experience of working in a reception or client facing role

- Experience of using healthcare patient record systems e.g. RIO
- Previous NHS experience
- Experience of working in healthcare administration or public sector administration
