Job summary

We have an opening for an administrative assistant within Leicestershire Partnership Trust working within a friendly and diverse Healthy Together team supporting the 0-11 Service across Leicestershire and Rutland. Working closely with a number of administrative teams, alongside Public Health Nurses, Healthy Child Programme practitioners and Clinical Team Leaders, the role is varied and enjoyable. We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent team member working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday based at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire, LE3 8RF If you are a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys being part of a team, we want to hear from you. You will need to display excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritise your own workload. Main duties of the job

The role will involve: Managing and prioritising your own workload Booking appointments for patients within specific timeframes. Maintaining Electronic Patient Records Following and inputting into Standard Operating Procedures Call Handling Scanning documents onto patient records Using Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, Word, Outlook Working as part of a friendly administrative team Being adaptable and Flexible to change Having excellent attention to detail.
