Job overview
An opportunity has arisen for to join the North Tyneside Recovery Partnership, based at the Customer First Centre, The Forum in Wallsend.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in an admin role and hold excellent typing, IT skills and customer service skills, be resilient and understanding of complex and difficult service user group.
Applicants will be expected to participate in rota cover for late clinic on Wednesdays as required.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Main duties of the job
The post holders will provide full admin support to the North Tyneside Recovery Partnership multi-disciplinary team and partners. Main duties will include:
- Reception meet & greet
- Call handling
- Detailed minute taking skills
- Printing of prescriptions
- Updating the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) accurately and in a timely manner
- Supporting covering other areas as required
- Care, compassion and resilience in dealing with complex service users
- The post holder will also undertake additional duties such as ordering supplies, requesting repairs and updating rotas and duty sheets. This list is not exhaustive
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of office procedures including IT skills.
You should currently hold the required level of qualifications, as outlined in the Essential Criteria of the Personal Specification. If you do not meet this criteria you will not be shortlisted.
