Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity now available and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage and co-ordinate the administrative staff functions within the Community Mental Health Team in Swanswell Point. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills to apply for the role of Admin Team Coordinator based at Swanswell Point, Coventry.
Working collaboratively with the Senior Admin Lead and wider admin team, you'll offer support to junior staff, uphold confidentiality, and support the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead.
You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The role is pivotal in line managing admin support across the site; therefore it is essential you have previous experience of line managing staff and you also need to be competent in delivering advice and support to staff. You will be expected to use your own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as necessary. You will be expected to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work and that of others to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquires both internally and externally to the organisation.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible to support the Senior Admin Lead in terms of effective management/use of admin support, buildings and the provision of services from them.

Qualifications
Essential
- Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C)
- QCF Business Administration Level 3 (or equivolent)
- QCF Customer Service Level 3 (or equivolent)
- QCF Team Leading Level 2/First Line Management Level 3 (or equivolent)
Desirable
- Competent in working with & organising multiple consultants/medical professional diaries & clinics
