Admin Support (Team Secretary) – Pharmacy Directorate

Main duties of the job
Are you looking for a change? We have an exciting opportunity within the Pharmacy Directorate Office for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team. Based in the Pharmacy Department at County Hospital, the role provides secretarial and administrative support to the Pharmacy Senior Management Team, with particular support to the Chief Technician becoming a trusted member of the team and a central point of coordination across the directorate. The post holder will help ensure deadlines and turnaround times are met, follow Trust policies and procedures and communicate effectively across the service.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys working in a small, busy and friendly team.
Key duties of the role include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Pharmacy Senior Management Team and the wider Pharmacy Directorate
- Delivering dedicated support to the Chief Pharmacy Technician and the Pharmacy Business Support Manager
- Proactively supporting the Pharmacy Administration Team to ensure the efficient and effective day to day operation of services including General Administration, Finance, Human Resources and Health & Safety
