As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will provide a professional welcome, manage appointments, answer telephone enquiries, and maintain accurate patient records using electronic patient record (EPR) systems. We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT literacy, and a professional, compassionate approach. Experience in an NHS or healthcare setting and knowledge of EPR systems would be an advantage but are not essential.
In return, you'll join a supportive team with access to training, development opportunities, and the chance to build a rewarding career within the Trust.
