The post holder translates organisational priorities into effective local delivery, drives service improvement and integration, and ensures the workforce, performance, and quality standards support safe, responsive, and person-centred care.

The role will also be pivotal in responding to emerging strategic developments, including the Family First initiative, supporting the transformation towards more integrated, prevention-focused, and family-centred models of care across the system
