We are recruiting for a Ward Clerk  who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care .

We seek an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills that can adapt to changes in the patient cohorts. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, organised and be able to provide a full range of clerical duties to support the smooth running of the ward. The maintaining of live patient information through our electronic systems and the information governance of patient records is essential to this role.

Main duties of the job

Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable, however if evidence of strong IT and admin skills is reflected in the application this will be considered.

Daily communication with patients and families, both by telephone and face to face is a key part of this role so we will be looking for a person that presents themselves in a polite and professional manner.
