Job overview

Working Part Time: 15 hours per week

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, previous experience of working in an administrative role is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

You must be able to work using your own initiative, but also as part of a team. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff of all levels. Organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job

Maintaining accurate record keeping.

Answer calls from relatives and other MDT members.

General administrative work.

Organising patient transport and liaising with the wider MDT in discharge planning.

Working closely with the team to enhance quality of care for patients.
