We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic person to our friendly team on a 30 hour per week permanent basis. These hours are to be worked Monday - Friday (flexibility with start and finish times will be considered).

This is a patient facing role - If you possess good organisational & interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to adapt and implement change, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for taking phone calls, liaising with the nursing team and booking transport for the patients, if required. You will also be required to maintain electronic systems including PAS, Patient Action tracker and Electronic Discharge summaries (EDS).

Experience of working in a busy environment is desirable but not essential. However, the ability to be a team player and have the desire to support the team in providing an excellent service for our patients, their families, & carers, most definitely is!
